Jessica M Day, LMT
Jessica received her initial training at Sterling Health Center in Dallas, TX. She has since broadened her techniques and experiences by studying under the most respected instructors in the United States having over 8,000 hours of hands on experience.
Massage has been a passion of Jessica’s for decades prior to obtaining her license, due to a spinal fusion she endured as an adolescent. "Massage has opened my eyes to so many more options rather than surgery… Had we been more educated on the benefits of massage prior to my fusion; I strongly believe I would have never needed it" She says.
Jessica has several combined years of athletic experience in tennis, weight lifting, and most recently golf. Her real world experiences in athletics deepen her understanding of functional anatomy and its physiology, along with a unique understanding of all types of physical pain and discomfort. This combination of education, practical training and personal experiences enables Jessica to provide the proper therapy needed for each individual client.
Jessica is a proud member of the N.A.P.W. (National Association Professional Women).

Sam reminds us to TAKE CARE OF OUR BODIES. Stretch, exercise regularly, drink plenty of water, eat healthy meals, and give yourself and your body the gift of a GREAT MASSAGE.
"Our bodies are 75% water-based, so muscles, tendons, and ligaments become more brittle as we age. We need to increase water and blood flow to keep them as limber as possible. Take care of yourself with REGULAR MASSAGE, or those aches and pains will increase and keep reminding you," Sam says.
Whether your goal is to melt away stress or decrease your major and even minor aches and pains, the outcome is achievable if you book a massage with one of the incredibly talented Therapists at Massage Genesis!!
